These turkey burgers are my latest obsession! I made these for dinner a bunch of nights because they're super satisfying and I've just been craving burgers, but I like the texture and taste of ground turkey better than ground beef. This dinner came together in about 5 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cooking time, so it was pretty quick!
I've even been snacking on the leftovers since these are an amazing protein-rich, grab-n-go snack that keeps my blood sugar steady and fills me up in between meals.
Turkey is a great protein choice. It's rich in B vitamins, minerals like selenium, choline, and zinc, and it's higher in protein than chicken (1 cup has about 33 grams of protein 😱)
